  • Head off to Beleolanum on the Via Imperalis
  • We find a random imperial pillar
    • We have to drag Gilbertus away from it by lying
  • We pass by Fort Halfhausen on the way
    • “Furry Fort” (there are wolves there)
  • Kaelen fucks up an animal handling roll and breaks his horses’ leg
    • It gets fixed up
  • We push on to Goodsinn and rest there for the night
    • They are hedonists and party non-stop every day
    • Kaelen thinks they are fat and lazy
    • They have a divine artifact
    • Everyone sleeps
      • Kaelen has a dream
        • He has a burning fever
        • There is a bowl of cool water reflecting the moon
        • He dunks his head in the water
        • He feels as though his flesh is rotting away
          • He peels at it
      • Other people dream about fields?
        • Pierce’s notes are not good
  • Next morning, Barnabus wakes up early
  • We continue down the Via Imperalis
  • Along the way we find some rocks in the woods
    • There is a statue with a half sun symbol
    • Barney got a small statuette??
  • We arrive at Beleolanum
    • The gate outside says “the jewel of Galenia” in Elvish
    • The gate is ajar
    • We head into Beleolanum, there are building ruins everywhere
    • The main road has statues of folks with their hands outstretched like they’re holding something
      • They probably held something egg-like before
    • We question Gilbertus about stuff
      • The Emperor was the big god (light, creation), but you could believe in a lot of other gods
      • Shadow Man = bad
      • Moss Mother is suspected to be the harvest/fertility goddess
    • There is moss and glass everywhere
    • The city was on fire and bloody too
    • We reach a plaza with big Crimroses in a fountain
      • The biggest crimroses turned into a snake hydra and we killed it
        • Soren killed it with a necromantic spell so it rots very quickly
        • All of the Crimroses in the surrounding area also died
      • Sickly plant child in the large bud
        • Long and thin almost as tall as a normal person
      • In the fountain we find the bodies of the mercenaries that Gilbertus hired (mentioned at the end of Session 3)
      • We give Gilbertus back his gold :/
      • Gilbertus is really interested in the fountain
        • I should’ve written down what he said
